things change, people get fat....

Journal Entry: Tue Mar 6, 2007, 7:44 PM

I hate being cliché.
It's as simple as that.
But for the purpose of moi, I shall be cliché for another couple of weeks.

Things are changing dramatically in my life. A very close friend has moved away, and I'm really upset about it. Issues with other friends, and the added pressures of my first year of assessment is putting a lot of stress on me. Not only that, but by August, I have to have somehow got $2,000 or so for my trip to Mexico. And how? I'm still searching for a decent afterschool job, and also struggling to get commissionees to organise themselves.

I need to draw, but haven't the time, nor the desire, and due to technical problems, I'm still unable to finish off my Johnny Depp cg.

So for the next couple of weeks, I will be away, working, perhaps drawing, studying, and all that jazz.
I may jump on again just to clear out messages, but other than that, I shall be ghostlike!

btw, don't take the whole 'people get fat' thing seriously. I mean, yeah, some do, but it's just in the title because I'm tired, and when I'm tired I do strange things that I end up having to apologise for later on.

And remember, manhugs make the world go round. Go and hug a man. :manhug: :manhug:

Reno: Hey, partner, this thing got any bite to it?
Rude: Shin-Ra technology at its finest.
Reno: Oh, so you made this?
Rude: If nothing else it's ... flashy.
Reno: Oo

Aw, it's alright to be cliche sometimes. Just keep your chin up and everything is gonna be good!

I know what you mean about not wanting to and not being able to draw. I seem to be going through a bit of a dry spell myself. The thing that sucks is that I think people expect us to draw all the time, and so when we're not drawing it seems wrong because people have made us think that we HAVE to draw? I don't know, that just my opinion.

A few weeks ago the school announced that they were organizing a trip to England, France and Germany and I want to go SO bad but there's no way I could find almost three thousand dollars... oh well, I'll get there someday, maybe.

Actually, the mexico trip is with my church :)

I think roughly in pounds, it would be £833 lol.

:( aww, a school trip to england france and germany? oh, that would've been pretty cool hey. Money is always the problem when it comes to doing things that want yeah? That sucks.

And I agree with what you say about people expecting us to draw all the time. I think it's true. And when we don't draw all the time, we don't get as much attention from our watchers, and they just sorta drift away from ya. lol

Wow, well good luck with that, though I'm sure you'll be fine. :D you can sell your drawings very well too, like how you sold your Jagger =]
