Elephant

THIS IS A DRAWING, NOT A PHOTO!

After a ton of hard work, here it is, finally completed. I had it done just in time, and was able to hand it in to be put with the rest of the pieces that are going to be part of the exhibition.
My hand has been playing up though. The pains that I was getting after fracturing my hand came back while I was working on this, so I'm glad that I can rest it up for a while and be a little cautious without having to worry about any deadlines!
And to think that I started this portrait at Christmas....

Border-Indian Ink
Elephant- 6H, 3H, H, HB, B, 2B, 4B, 6B, 7B. 2 blending sticks, a kneadable eraser and my finger.

Time taken: I would estimate that it would be 30-38 hours. So much!!
